Storage
- Upon receiving the products, we are not responsible for balloon conditions kept and stored by the receiver.
- It’s the receiver’s responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking i.e. the product is kept in-door, under room temperature not exceeding 26 degrees, and not exposed to direct sunlight.
Delivery Fine Print:
- Min. 1 day booking in advance.
- The delivery time frame is within 10 am – 5 pm (no specific timing is allowed)
Additional Information
Balloon Care:
- Latex balloons outdoors will oxidize over time and will take on a matte and dull texture.
- Helium foil balloons when exposed to cold temperatures will shrink. Just bring it to warmer places and it will regain its original volume.
- Do not leave helium balloons out in the sun as the expanded gas will pop the balloon.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot completely manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock when the order is placed.
The period of time is 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
Your item should be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item must be in its original packaging.
