Storage:
- It’s the receiver’s responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under suitable conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking.
- The balloons have to kept in-door under room temperature not exceeding 25 degrees and not exposed to direct sunlight.

Bubble Balloon
- Bubble Balloons are very different to latex and foil balloons.
- They are made from a clear stretchy plastic (PVC) and once inflated are perfectly clear.
- Bubbles are the ‘go to’ balloon for large elegant events and weddings due to their magical transparency, they look particularly glorious with a tassel or garland attached to them.
- Air-conditioned air may cause these balloons to shrivel but they will return to a normal state when exposed to warmer air.
- Try to maintain a consistent temperature so that they won’t be shocked and damaged by the fluctuations.
Normal Air Balloon Lifespan:
- Normal air filled latex balloons do not tend to deflate as the particles in air are larger than those in helium.
- Normal air filled latex balloon will stay inflated for few weeks and slowly shrink.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot completely manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock when the order is placed.
The period of time is 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
Your item should be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item must be in its original packaging.
