- Zone E – Klang, Pelabuhan Klang, Hulu Langat, Batu Caves and Selected Kajang area.
- Self Pickup is available at Bandar Puteri Puchong area. Full address will be provided once order confirmed

How long does the helium balloon floats ?
- 36’’ / 3 feet giant balloon : 1-2 days
- 24’’ bubble balloon : Few days up to a week
- 40’’ foil balloon : 3-4 days
- 18’’ Orbz balloon : 3-4 days
- 12’’ plain balloon : 8-9 hours
- 12’’ confetti balloon : 6-7 hours
- 12’’stuffed mini balloon : 6-7 hours
Policy & Care :
- Balloons are a delicate product, please note that external factors like the environmental conditions, weather, and temperature are out of control and can directly affect the condition and life of a balloon.
- Balloon Care: Maintain your balloons out of shape edges and in areas with good temperature (air-cond room preferred). Minimize moving them around in order to extend their life.
- We will not be responsible for whatever happens once your balloons have been picked up or delivered in good condition.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot completely manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock when the order is placed.
The period of time is 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
Your item should be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item must be in its original packaging.
