What’s an “Elevete” experience without a special rendition of a traditional recipe. The superstar this time, is the all-time favourite – German Black Forest Gâteaux.
We decided to “Elevete” the traditional recipe up a notch by using a Streusel base (flour, brown sugar, bitter chocolate, and salt combined), layered with Chef’s family-inherited Moist Chocolate Cake, Mascarpone Mousse, and in-house Spiced Cherry Compote filling in between.
With every bite, you’re bound to enjoy its moist chocolatey taste while discovering hints of fresh cherries. And to top it all off, we can never forget the classic Chocolate Shavings as a topping, generously sprinkled on this regal cake.
